Problem with Thermal Radar 2

I have an Asus z97 sabertooth mk 1 motherboard and was using thermal radar 2 for a while without a problem until i swapped out my fans. I ran the 'Auto Tune' thing again and now all of my fans are showing as unavailable and I am unable to adjust fan speeds or anything. I have 2 intakes connected to a Y-splitter and a rear intake that are connected to chassis headers, I also have a h105 with its fans connected to another Y-splitter and into CPU fan. As I said, none of these fans are adjustable anymore and I would love a solution!

If your OS is windows 8 or 8.1 then:

Uninstall then reboot pc and run a registry cleaner and delete any folder associated with thermal radar(ai suite).

Then install with windows 7 compatibility.
