front USB dosent work

Hi i have a problem everztime about 30sec after boot up mz front panel USB connectors stop working, and i need to use back ports and after some time front ports start working again.

 

All this happend after my PC revooted for Windows update

 

And can someone please tell me why you cant boot in the safe mode from BIOS any more in win8.

You can boot in safe mode.

I believe you just mash F8 on startup.

 

Also, are they USB 3 ports?

If so, you may need to download drivers from your mobo manufacturers website.

I looked up on the web how it said Shift+ mash F8 i did that and nothing happend.

 

i have 3 ports and is 3.0 .

i dont think drivers are the problem, for months i used my fron panel for keyboard and mouse but today after windows update they stop working after 30sec.

 

I will try to download latest drivers for everything

Forget Shift F8. Just F8.

For Asus F8 has two functions.

Boot selection and safe mode. Hit it too soon and you'll be greeted with a boot selection, press Esc, then hit F8 again if you pressed it too early.
