thinking of listing it on ebay or classifieds and IDK how much is it worth

Going rate is 30 on amazon used.  Then again these are asking prices.  And, ya it's that one.

 

But thats Amazon price. They are selling on eBay for $5-6 USD...

Does that model number  belong to a xp 2600+ ? In that case throw it in the bin, or list it for 5$. Old computer parts are only worth a lot if they're rare, like a Voodoo 5 6000. There aren't many people looking to replace their 13 year old cpu, so if you find somebody who is willed to buy that thing, you won't get a lot of money.

Ebay prices are more asking though since that is an auction site.  Sure, you could get it cheap that way.  But, the computer shops on Amazon sell it for that used.  It depends on the type of site, and who is asking the price.

 

Note how also he wants to sell it on EBAY or his local classifieds. Amazon used prices are SO inflated and never sell due to that, yet they sell every day on eBay for $5, with some still sitting in the active listing section.

 

Also, they have Buy It Now listings on eBay...
