How far can I push the i5 3570k with an air cooler?

Yeah I might get a new CPU cooler, I was thinking the GTX H100i from corsair 

If you have room in your case for 2x140mm radiator, I would recommend the Cooler master 280L or the H110i GTX. Otherwise, the H100i GTX will work pretty well.

I have the NZXT H440, you reckon it would fit?

is that the rad with 2 fans or 4 fans over and under the rad?

I would recommend 2 pushing air through the rad, out of the case, on the top of the case, although I've never had any experience with this case before, so I can't say for sure. I would say this was is the best because the top vents are really restricting for airflow, so intake through the top doesn't really make sense so exhaust it is.

I can put it in the front part of the case, I have already 3 Stcok coolers in the front, would it be fine if I put the Rad and fans on intake infront of the stock fans?

That would be fine too but you have to remember that warm/hot air is going to be entering your case now since the air has to move through your radiator.
