CPU temprature

MY AMD FX6300 TEMPERATURE WAS 74 DEGREES C IS THAT SAFE OR DOES SOMETHING HAVE TO BE ADDED OR REPLACED?

Up the fan speed of the CPU cooler, or add more case fans.

 

Does the heatsink under the CPU (above GPU) get hot?

Thats the chipset heatsink, chipset underneath,..they can get quite toasty, like EPIC AS HELL TYPE HOT (Esp on cheaper boards with limited power delivery phases), put a fan near it, blowing air onto it, that hot air, without that fan, is rising up in your case into your CPU cooling.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
