PC Shipping questions

Hey guys, Im shipping a fractal design R4 full SLI system.  I have the origonal box and im adding a second box on  the outside to help portect it.  What do I put inside of the PC to help stabalize the heatsinks and other components?

I would remove the gpu and ship it separate as well as the cpu cooler if its like a 212 h100i or stock will be ok to ship. Drives and stuff are fine with all 4 screws and so is the psu. Tie up all lose cables. Maybe tie all fan blades?
