Yes. I play almost every game maxed out with my 750ti, with only some settings turned down. usually all high or maxed and I keep it at 60. if your only shooting for 30, you can run almost any game out right now on ultra(besides AA ect)

It will, but in the same price range the AMD r7 265 is actually much better in terms of performance. Go with what you will, but if you don't care about AMD/Nvidia as brands then the r7 265 is the better card.

I have an r7 260x and 4690k running Gta V on pretty high settings 1080p and getting 30-35fps.

Better get R9 270 if you can find one, its better than 750 Ti and costs the same, or R7 370 which also is better than 750 Ti.

750ti is a bit slower than the competition. I would say shoot for a 270 or 370, better value
