What is the make and model of your motherboard?

You'll want to start by Right Clicking My Computer -> click "Manage", go to the Device Manager, and click the "Action" Menu and select "Scan for hardware changes".

This should detect the Audio Chipset, if it wasn't already.

Once the audio chip shows up, right click on it and select Properties. Then, click on "Details" tab, and select "hardware ids" from the drop down menu.

Tell us what it says after "DEV_". It should be a 4 digit combination of numbers and/or letters.

Oh, well, you were incredibly unclear in your original post.

If you have the sound driver, simply extract the zip file (Right click, "extract"), then it should create a new folder of the same name. Inside that folder should be a setup file. Just run the setup file and follow the directions.

Oh okay. Those files are actually the DLL Driver File.

Click on the "driver" tab and click on Update Driver. There, you should see an option that says "have disk", "browse", or "I have these files on my computer" or something like that. Once you click on the appropriate button, you just need to navigate to the desktop, open that folder, and select whatever file shows up.
