My friend wants to make a gaming pc which can also handle recording and light editing for youtube videos, 

 

His budget is $800 no peripherals needed

 

He also has a Geforce Gtx 550 Ti on hand

Naww not going to happen for the sites thing. There are different sales and discounts on different sites.
