Case question; safe amount of room?

Ok, I'm bad with dimensions. Would it be safe to have the 240

in a slot under my desk (front and back fully open; air flow on both sides) with dimensions of 11.5in width,  2ft height, and 2ft 1 inch depth?


NOTE: I have NOT bought the case yet; I'm asking so I can make a definite choice.

Yeah, the air flows in through the front and exhausts from the top and back of the case. They have a picture on the site under features showing the airflow direction.
