Changes to my Build - Compatibility Help

So im chaging my PC Case from the Origin Millenium to the NZXT H440 Razer, my question is... can i put this build together without having issues? I can still change the Kraken X61 for another NZXT Cooler if it's to much or creates issues with the SLI.

I cant change most of these parts cuz they are on my computer, the original mothearboard died (Gigabyte UD4) and i change it for the Asus X99-A, and the Origin Case took some damage so i want to change it for the Razer one.

Mostly i want to know if the Case and the GTX 980 SLI can work properly cuz i know it doesnt have to much space.

I already use it, it's for Gaming and Building on C++ Projects. (Fast compiling) but as i say before, the only changes im doing from the Original one is the Motherboard, Case and Cooling system. The rest i cant change it cuz it's still working.
