Computer's gain randomly increases

I have posted about this but what is going on has changed, in my previous post, i said it only happend when in a Skype call but that has changed it does do it when my PC is playing loud noises. Basically the gain increases a lot and it gets louder and very distorted. It happends very rarly out of skype and skype runs in the backgound most of the time. I recently did a BIOS update so I was wondering if this could be a factor in it.

Make sure that "Automatically Adjust Microphone Settings" is turned off in Audio Settings in the settings menu for Skype.

Wish I could help you more. I recall having this issue in the past. I think it had something to do with a feedback loop between my speakers and my microphone.
