Hi all,

I have an issue where my computer will shot off about once a week without warning. By this I mean it will act as if the power has cut out, it them powers back on by itself almost instantly and boots back up.

Once or twice it shoved me into the bios and asks if I wanted to reset to the default bios or go into the bios. I have reset the bois on the first instance, but the wrecked by raid as raid is off by default. The second time had this issue I simply went into the bios. When I went into the bios everything appears to be the same as how I had set it up, so I saved and exited and it booted normally and there were no issues.

The other times it simply booted normally after the it powered down.

I have not over clocked any of my components and temperature is no issue. I seldom get over 50c unless I am doing something heavy. I have also replaced the power supply and all of the cables. It does not seem to have a patter as it has happened while web browsing and while in game, so load does not seem to be the issue. It feels truly random.

The only thing I can think at this point is that it must be the mother board, but I don't know how I would capture any data to support that.

Running windows 8.1 all components are about 2 months old. All drivers are up to date.
