Texture issues

Ok, so with my new 980 TI that I've had for about 2 weeks is having quite a bit of texture issues in anything that I do, I could be watching a video or playing a game, and it only happens for a second but it happens. Should I RMA it? (I have an MSI Twin Frozer GTX 980 TI)
