Factory Reset gone Wrong

Hello people! 

I was trying to restore my mom's old laptop (HP pavillion 15.4 inch) with win 7 home premium 64 bit.

Now in the middle of the reset (69%) i got an error message saying that windows could not be reset using the factory image...

Great...

Now: where can i find a new ISO in order to create a boot USB drive?
Microsoft won't give isos on the preinstalled windows Laptops...

Theoretically if i get a win7 iso it will install with the win7 code on the back sticker right?

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/windows-usb-dvd-download-tool , This should help.When you boot onto the USB follow the instructions and it will prompt you to enter the serial code for the windows 7.
