Windows update fail

I re-installed windows 7 64bit because I got a new mobo and cpu.  when I go to update, windows downloads the update, but when it apply the updates, it fails.  This has happened 2 times now.

 

Every time I shut down my computer it trys to download and update windows.

All 180 updates.  No error codes,  it at a screen like this.  

 

And then after it downloads,  it trys to apply the updates and after about 5-7 mins of 0% of the updates applied it goes to this screen,

Well the first problem isee is those are 2 differnet os screen shots lol

 

try updating just a few at a time.

Yes,  I know.  Haha,  but it says the same things!  I dont have windows enterprise,  I have windows professional.  This is my gaming/office computer at home.

Try Reseting windows update and doing like 1 and see if it works.

Ok,  I got this code.  900F0902.  It says,  "Window can't update important files and services while the system is using them.  Save any open files, and then restart the computer."
