1.   Budget & Location
Budget: £1000ish.
Location: UK
Lifespan: 5 years, no upgrading?

2. Aim
I want to play games with decent graphics on games like:
War Thunder, Space Engineers, KSP, WOT.

3. Monitors
Max 1: Current: 1440x900
Planned: A better one? ^^

4. Peripherals
Window8+, Just the Rig really

5. Why are you upgrading?
Current 32bit, 3G RAM, 1G GPU. My PSU or something is cutting out when I play games, tired of running games on low graphics.
Plan: Don’t shoot me but I intend to get a website based builders to make it for me.

Having looked at other threads...
Vague Specs:
CPU: I5-4690K (CLOCKED 4.6GHZ?)
RAM: 16GB Kingston Hyper X 1600MHZ
GPU: 4GB GTX980
Case: NZXT Phantom 410 (240?)
SSD: 250GB (Kingston/Seagate/samsung)
HD: 1 TB HD (Seagate /SATA/ Western)
PSU: 650 Corsair / Super Flower (80+ Gold)
Cooler: 120mm Fan Coolermaster / Prolimatech
MB: 79Z Giga /Asus

Having played around I've got the price to £1,258ish.

Questions...

Anyone heard of Prolimatech or Team Group Vulcan / Super Flower?

Is this overkill for my needs? Should I go for a 8G RAM + GTX970?

This is all you really need: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/nCbnBm

Superflower is one of the best PSU brands as well as Seasonic.

Prolimatech and Team Group are both very decent brands.

If you want to splurge a bit, grab a 980 or 980ti instead of the 970. Don't go 970 SLI as you really don't need it.

i54690K with a nice cooler from Noctua or be quiet!

Maybe a 390x would be better for you, but the 980 is a very nice 500ish card

ASRocks Pro3 Z97 MB is cheap, yet supports everything you need

get a 600W (or more) be quiet! 80+ PSU, you will use it again and again

choose a quality case that is a little bigger than you really need, it'll give you comfort and it is reusable

RAM doesn't matter, get 8-16 (I'd recommend 16) GB of the cheapest RAM that doesn't look like crap

go for quiet fans (loud ones will eventually annoy you, trust me)

get a nice big SSD 240-260 is enough usually but if you can grab a 500GB one, you are gold

I played around with it on my German sites and it is about €1110 which should be about or below 1000 pounds.

never heard of super flower or prolimatech

go with a wd 1tb hdd

and a samsung, crucial, or intel ssd

go with 8gb of ram for 2 970's

Superflower PSUs are actually really good for their price.
