Finally ordering headset

I'm finally about to upgrade my Sennheiser PC360 to a pair of AKG K712.  I already ordered the smsl dac/amp, thanks to Oktyabr for suggesting that.  However I'm not sure on where to order it from.  I found a pair for $280 on eBay brand new from a seller with 98% feedback with over 48k reviews and only 16 negative reviews in the last year.  Then there is also Amazon which has them for $377.  Both would be with free shipping.  Should I go with the cheaper one and risk getting a knock-off.  I know there is eBay buyer protection and the seller has a 14 day return policy.  What do you guys think, go with eBay or pay $90 more for the Amazon peace of mind?  I'm looking to order tonight so any feedback would be helpful.  Thanks.
