SATA cable stuck

I've tried pulling it out with a reasonable amount of force already and it seems to be stuck. I don't want to damage my motherboard, so is there any way of doing this easily?

There's a clip on it. You can figure it out yourself.

If there is a metal locking clip on your sata cables as said it needs to be pressed in before removing.

Sorry, I should've mentioned that I was pressing the clip while trying. It's the cable with the plastic clip and it seems to not be working very well.
