Help maybe broken laptop

i recently upade graphics drivers in sw update i have a samsung laptop then it failed,so i downloaded drivers directly from intel and amd site now its ok in device manager it says device working properly.

Now when i play crossfire or tomb raider fps is too low it goes down to 0.7 fps in the benchmark of tomb raider and it stutters. before i updated the drivers it worked fine but now it cant be played i thought new drivers higher fps. Help.

Amd hd 8750m

4 gb ram

Rather than directly downloading it from intel install the intel driver update utility.
