I think this is kinda wierd.

I have 2 pcs. One is main and one is for some kinda backup.

Now that im trying to start up the backup one i ran into an issue with the HDD. It wont start up. when it starts up the windows logo comes up in 5sec. Then bluescreen for less then 1 sec. then it just reboots into the booting rep tool that windows have, and windows can't fix it. so all that just go's into a loop.
BUT when i change the HDD with my SSD it works just fine. Putting the HDD that dont work on the backup pc into the main works all fine too.
Anyone understand me or?

so, you're saying your hard drive (windows install) doesnt work in one pc, but does in the other.

this is rather odd indeed...

mind tossing us a spec list of both machines?

Try a different SATA port and see if it makes any difference.  Could just be a dead SATA port and have nothing to do with the drive.  Also check SATA cables and connections.  Seems obvious, but these kinds of problems are very common.
