Hey,

At work we were still printing all of our files and put them in a map and then in a cabinet, but if a client need a file it always takes a while before we can find it so we want to scan all of the files, then they wil be send to us 1 by 1. we will recieve them as a pdf file and I believe the name of the file is just the time and date, but we want to put them all in folders and rename them to the name of the file so people can get it fast.

Does this excist?

Sincerely

I am not sure but you can, sort them by date first from explorer and select them all

Rename > windows will automatically assign a number > make sure to do some experimenting

before trying this ,don't want to cause you trouble
