So my sister has an Mac Apple computer and she backed up her photos music and so on on her hard drive. After she placed all the things she has on her computer (only music and photos) she gave the external hard drive to me to back it on my computer as well. the issue is is when i plug it in to my windows computer it is detected and installed drivers but only that. i cant open to see all the stuff in it and copy them. when i look in my computer the hard drive don't show up. I took a look in computer management under disk management and it is detected as a healthy and it also has a EFI partition. it has 3 partitions. One 200MB healthy efi partition another that is healthy 931.19GB partition and another that is unallocated but only 128. So my question is how to look in the hard drive and copy the stuff in it to my computer without formatting it thanks!

@R3DOPS

OSX use their own proprietary partition(MAC OS Extended), your window won't be able to read it natively.
