WALL OF TEXT

Hi, I've had a GTX 970 for almost 2 months and had no issues until yesterday. It all started when I was spectating a friend in dota 2 and my framerate, after 15-20mins) that is usually around 120FPS dropped like some guy committing suicide on the top of the burj khalifa and my framerate started to be around 1-30 FPS, consequently, I was experiencing massive hiccups (mini-freezes) every seconds which of course, makes the game unplayable. I restarted my computer twice, and both times i could run the game for 5 minutes then my framerate would just die. The problem doesn't seem to be constant as I sometimes I could run the game for 5-10 minutes but it would mostly have this issue from the moment I'm launching the game, 1FPS menus WOOO. I tried a few other games, GTAV runs flawlessly, CSGO also runs flawlessly, out of three times I ran L4D2, I had massive hiccups on one of them (jumping from 150 to 250fps), LoL was well, the Witcher III was well, BF4 was over 100FPS. But I still don't know if that's a dota issue as there weren't any patches yesterday and I never ran into this issue.

Here's a look at what the Usage graph looks like: http://puu.sh/j21Ru/760e0555ff.png

I have two monitors hooked up on my card if that is any relevant, Uninstalled and Reinstalled Drivers using DDU

TL;DR frame issues esp on dota, can go down to 1fps

OC a bit +75 core and +200mem, no extra voltage, underclocking doesn't seem to help, the temps are on the graphs, seems like my CPU usage also goes full retard

Odd...if it's isolated to one single game it has to be a driver issue of some kind, Dota isnt demanding anyway...honestly i am out of ideas...
