teensy 2.0 help please

I am turning my CM Storm Switch tester into macro keys. ive gotten as far as soldering everything in, downloading and installing arduino 1.6.5 and teensy programs. it all seeems fairly straight forward but I have never done programming. Ive done a little of html and css but that is it.

I have copy pasted the coding into arduino window and I have the hex file ready to upload to teensy. I would love it if someone could walk me through this as though I was a 5 year old.

The closest I've come to programming microcontrollers is a Picaxe (Microchip PIC-Based) so I can't be of much help unfortunately. Some other people here might know a thing or two about Arduino
