CS:GO ultra settings 8x msaa with 200+ fps. Minecraft, not sure, it is very cpu intensive and that isnt the best cpu but you should be able to run it pretty well. Fifa 16, ultra settings. Warface, not sure. I would go for the r9 270 straight away. I'm not sure in which country you live but when I build my pc 6 months ago the price difference between the 750 and the 270 wasnt very big but the 270 is defo better (I live in the netherlands)

System: CPU - I5-6500 Motherboard - Asus B150M-A RAM - Crucial ballistix sport 2x4GB DDR4 @2400MHz GPU - RX 480 PSU - Seasonic S12II 520W Case - Aerocool Aero-800 HDD - Seagate 1TB SSD - PNY CS1311 120GB Monitor - AOC G2260VWQ6

I don't know about the motherboard but, what I have heard about the 260x I think you should go for it! :-)

It's not the strongest card (obviously) however, it is pretty silent and pretty good cooling capabilities.
