the top one is better since its the b1 version while the bottom is the w1 version but what is your budget so we can possibly find a better psu for you

Ummm... save up more money... neither is a good PSU unless you're powering some really low-end hardware. What are your system specs?

The first one, the 500B, it's not a bad PSU at all, and if that's what you can afford, it should be good for a tight budget, and actually pretty good overall, i'll leave jonny guru's review
