as the title says, is migrating your OS recommended or should i do a fresh install. Will migrate from my old HDD to my new SSD. Will it damage my ssd in the long run. Also i need methods to migrate, i am thinking of using the system image method then re-assessing windows experience index and use softwares (maybe) to opimize my data for an ssd.
