Used PNY 780 Ti still worth it?

Rickafer

Hey guys, I have an opportunity to pick up a used 780 ti for $250. Is this still worth it? I know the 780 Ti has really great performance when compared to the current series cards, but what about driver updates and the like? Will that make things not run as well?

780Ti is almost a 980 in terms of performance.

So...FUCK YEAH!

Hell yeh fam, go for it.

For 1080p that thing probably maxes out things like a beast.

The only problem I see in the future for anything higher than 1080p is the 3GB frame buffer :(

I have been having major issues with my pny ram and their customer support is not very good. 30 dollars for express RMA is ridiculous. But If the warranty doesn't carry over then it is up to you. I have a pny thumb drive and power bank and as long as I don't need support for them they work well enough.
