So I was wondering if all my parts will fit in the case and where I can buy a similar or cheaper case because I know the shipping will be high if I try to order it online.

If ur only gaming then grab an i5 4690k then get a 390x or 290x or 980 instead of the 4790k Get the cheapest 1600mhz RAM u can find, voila now u can have a nicer GPU

 

Get windows on reddit for 10$ and use the remaniing 70$ to get a 120GB SSD

I'm going to be gaming and streaming at the same time. Also idk about buying Windows off of Reddit. That's pretty sketchy and I heard that they have keys that will only last for 90 days or something like that.

Or just pirate windows, thats 100% free

 

Still get cheaper RAM and get windows another way, then u can get an SSD

 

If ur steaming keep the i7 and 390

Max GPU size for that case is 11.26" (286mm) With Drive Cages & 16.26" (413mm) Without Drive Cages while the R9 390 is 10.91" (277mm) in length so the case should be able to fit everything as long as part picker has right specifications.

I kind of want to get Windows 10 though.

windows 10 is free upgrade from 7 8 or 8.1

Do you know where I can buy Windows 8 for a really cheap, legit, and legal price?

Reddit or from newegg. For all i care get windows 7, its free to get windows 10 after anyway and it comes out in 2 weeks.
