Hey guys! I'm trying to get a build for a friend. He has a budget of 600$ and needs a keyboard and mouse. He already has a monitor. Being new to building PCs I had an idea for a build but I would like some help. Thanks!

How will your friend use the system?

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

what's wrong with the build?

A: You used the V300 now which is a terrible ssd and should be avoided at all costs. Yes this is well known. B: You chose a 360 watt psu that cost $50. That leaves no room for upgrades since anymore powerful card will require him to have to buy a new psu as well. Gold effiecency or not, that isn't a good choice for a build that is going to be for gaming. C: The 750 ti is pretty much and the end of its life cycle, plus it isn't a powerful card by any means. It was ment to be a card a person could use on their pre bought pc from staples, to make it into a "gaming pc". Addtionally, at this price range you could get a much better video card, so it's practically cheaping out on the gpu, which you shouldn't do. At this point it's a budget card for a lower budget, or a stand in if you just need something to take the slot up. D: While I do like the Fractal core design 1000 3.0 case, it doesn't have the room for any bigger and more powerful gpus(unless you count the fury x and similar, but those cost $600 so yeah) without having to take out the hard drive cages, which, since this is for his friend, will probably get annoying having to take them out. E: You are spending the same amount on the motherboard as you are the cpu. Serriously? There are much cheaper and just as qualifying motherboards, that would allow to put more of the budget to something more worth while.
