Might want to spend more on your video card if you're gaming. For the psu you won't need more than 600 watts. 500 watts would be plenty. You could prolly save some money and get a 965 BE if you're just gaming. Or a 955 if you want to save more, the 965 is just a slight OC'd 955. It'll work on that mobo. You don't need a 990, a 970 will be fine.

I agree with Wats, I have a similar system (except I have a 550 Ti) and the 520 watt PSU I have is just fine. I am also running a 970 chipset on the motherboard, and unless you plan on running SLI in the future then the 970 will be fine.
