Yep! PayPal does it automatically. That is, if lets say you needed to pay for something which was $10, but only had $6 in your PayPal balance, it would take the $4 from your Visa.

Someone refunded me for something i purchased, how long will it take before it is in my paypal account?

For me it's normally instantly, like just the other day I got a steam refund and right after they sent me the email saying they accepted the refund, I got a paypal email saying it was refunded into my account. Same thing when I got a couple things refunded off individual sellers like shoes and stuff

When i look at my PayPal account it says that **** has made the refund but it still shows nothing in my paypal wallet.

Do you have your bank account linked to your paypal too? Because I do, and for me it just shows they made the refund, but the money goes straight back into my bank account instead of my PayPal wallet, so maybe that's why?

(It may do the same if you just have your card on your account too)

Just a normal Visa card, that i use through paypal :P if that makes sense

Then i believe that it would actually be refunded to your Visa card; within your PayPal activity, it should show the refund as being completed, and the money should be returned to the card which can take anywhere up to a week depending on your bank.

Check your card balance, it should be on there, if not then contact customer services.
