Unable To Download/Uncompression Error Help

How can I fix my uncompression so my Java update can work and the "Unable to download (https://javadl-esd-secure.oracle.com/update/1.8.0/1.8.0_51-b16.xml) for installation."? I know I can down load it manually. Would my AVG and "Search and Destroy" be blocking it? I did try turning off each part in AVG to see if it would work, but it didn't work. I then tried turning of my farewell and that didn't work.
