No. Save your money, little kid. Not even sure if you should have one as you sound young.

They are also not called "drones", but rather multirotors.

And also, get a small one to fly indoors to learn first, like this one, as multirotors are not just a toy. They take practice and a fair amount of knowledge to fly them. And oh yeah, YOU CANNOT FLY IT OUTSIDE.

Actually they are called quadricopters.

No.... I have been in the RC hobby for nearly 10 years now, and they are NOT called "quadricopters", as you can get MULTIROTORS with up to nearly 10 ROTORS. Quad = 4. Some are called "QUADCOPTERS" (not quadricopter) though, if they have 4 rotors.

Well, yeah. But what OP is most likely talking about are quadricopters.  Most 'drones' with cameras are quadricopters. At least consumer ones.

*quadcopters.

And also, I can go buy an 6 rotor multirotor if I wanted to. They are not only for the government and spies and stuff.

Sorry, quadcopters. I keep mixing that up.

I know they are, but all the ones I've seen are usually *quadcopters*.

Anybody know any good drones I can buy for under $200 that have a camera and can live-stream? (Idc resolution, as long as it's 720p or better)

Don't worry about the terminology FYI, even the FAA refers to the quad/hex/octcopters as drones. Drones is easier to say. I don't call my Inspire a quadcopter. Its a drone. Its whatever. Its a pile of gravity defying magic. Whatever.

For 200? You can find a used Parrot 2.0. But those are not very good. If you want to get live streaming, you are NOT getting it at 200. 200 is what your parts can run just for motors, frames and ESCs (control board too). I suggest going to /r/multicopter and asking there. But 200 is too little for either a turnkey solution that streams video or a DIY one.

Turnkey is getting into DJI Phantom 2 Vision+ territory, that is 1K plus. Even DIY units get pricey, since a large chunk of your cost comes from the camera, transmitter and receiver.

Do not get into this hobby and think it will be cheap. It will be exceptionally expensive. Its best to get some simple practice one and then work your way up to the 450+ sized ones. They are not toys, do not buy one with the intention of it being a toy. I've sliced through metal with my props because I lost control and had to emergency land.
