Ubisoft codes not working

So i recently posted something about a watch dogs code that was a mirror code etc, well this wasnt correct so let me bring you up to speed.

 

The code was not identical apperantly it was just very similar, anyways since it didnt work i decided to go on Ebay and just buy a new code (skip the hassle).

 

Guess what? This key is also in use. Do you think theres a chance ive been screwed over twice? Even by a top rated seller on Ebay? Or is there something wrong with the ubisoft service or something?

Yes ive contacted the Ebay seller, still havent gotten a response though, but still, 2 sellers, and 2 keys wrong?
