Im building my first gaming computer

And need help with it please

I'm in Perth, Aus so please take that in to count and building on about $700aus budget

AMD Kaveri A8-7650K FM2+ 3.7GHz Quad-Core MSI Radeon R7 370 Gaming 4GB GDDR5

ASRock FM2A88M Extreme4+ FM2+ mATX Motherboard

G.Skill 8GB Kit (2x4GB) DDR3 Trident X C10 2400MHz

Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 3.5" 1TB 64MB 7200RPM HDD

Thermaltake Versa H22 Mid Tower USB 3.0 with 500W PSU ( I called the place and they said it is a bronze 80 psu )

I would change the r7 370 4GB with the r9 280 3GB. I'm not sure what the price there is but here in the netherlands they have the same price, and the 280 is way better

So I look at a local computer place for the gpu no luck so try a 2nd build is this one better
