Internet connectivity problems

Hello! For about a year our entire house has had trouble connecting to the internet at times. Weather it be by wifi or by direct connecting via lan. Usually restarting the router fixes this problem. When this happens, all of my webpages, games, and programs lose connection to the internet. In the bot to right corner next to the wifi

try your provider of your internet they may know the problem also your router may just be dead recently happend to me when lighting struck close to my house

Try connecting directly to the wall where the router is (didn't see you say anything about it being a cable in line or ethernet) and if the connection still says it has issues its the provider. If bypassing the router fixes it then replace the router.
