I have quite yellow teeth but I brush them at least (mostly) two times a day. I use an electrical brush with a toothpaste of a RDA amount of 75 and brush them over 2 minutes . I use force but not all to much. When I work I brush them twice a day, on weekends I mostly only brush them once or even not at all...

Drink any coffee, soft drinks, wine or anything that can stain teeth through a straw so it doesn't hit your teeth.

Teeth whitener.. Dazzle pro is really good.. Crest white strips work also. You can also go into a dentist and get it done but it will be hella pricey.

don't use force, let the tooth bruss guide you

I think that's only for working on bodywork or finishing off paint work or sanding any material in general to be honest... ;)

I brush mine like a furious window cleaner on a windy day.

Brushing and good dental hygiene. Also watch your diet, use mouthwash after meals.

No 'teeth whitening' toothpaste have been clinically proven to whiten teeth, so they're crap really and people just think they're whiter because they want them to be. Home whitening kits can also do more damage than good, so yeah.

Teeth whitening and veneers are the best methods for a fast change, but cutting out smoking, sugary drinks and coffee can help as well.

Something like Listerine or Meridol? Are they even available in England?

Do not brush with force. Only a very small amount of force. Your enamel on your teeth Will thank you, so will your gums when they don't develop cuts from it.

The key is to get all little corners and nooks of your teeth. I personally also brush my tongue after I finish my teeth. Rinse the brush, brush tongue. Remove all bacteria off the tongue (some people have that as white stuff their tongue) and never have bad breath anymore as a bonus :P

Get your teeth whitened.

Also if you drink something acidic like juice, soda etc. Don't brush afterwards for at least half an hour. Same with fruit and vegetables. This is because the natural protective layer on your teeth (enamel). The acid makes it easier to brush off. After half an hour the teeth should be normal again in acidity, (what helps is to rinse your mouth with water after drinking soda because it will return the acidic level in your mouth to normal levels faster)

Also, 2 times brushing per day is enough. What I do also to keep the parts between the teeth clean is take a tooth pick and remove all the stuff between the teeth.... Wipe the tooth pick and go the next space between your teeth. Then after that brush. This way it will be easier for the tooth paste to get between your teeth and keep it cleaner there.

There.... That is my tooth cleaning tutorial.
