Help in choosing a Visa Debit card from the right bank(Malaysia)

Hi! Obviously, Maybank is not an option in this case because they frikin blocked Steam transactions. Public Bank and RHB are my options. The Petron Visa Debit Card and the RHB Visa Debit card respectively. Has anyone done any steam purchases using either of the two banks? Were the transactions blocked? Has anyone used the two, above mentioned Debit cards for general online purchases? I would like to know your experience with the banks.

probably not the best place to ask for financial help, especially one that can affect your life so much.
