Location: USA

Resolution: Id like to play the easier ones like csgo and tom clancy at 1440p, but the rest at 1080p

 

im torn between the 970 and the 390.. any suggestions?

Throw in a 390, and get and SSD first, youll thank me later when you wont have to reinstall your OS when you add and HDD down the line instead of having to add an SSD and transfer OS.

If youre asking why I say 390, youve got the wattage to handle it easily, and you dont seem to care that it may run some degrees C hotter.

can get a cheaper motherboard with usb3.0 header. dont need h97.

memory is good.

storage either slap on a small ssd or change to a SSHD.

gpu.. yeah a 390 will be better overall.

case is fine, but i suggest something cheaper and mor compatibility like the fractal core 1000, cm n200 or silencio 352

Psu is bit overkill, but up to you.
