Hey guys! Im looking to build a new gaming desktop and was wondering what is the best for the money. I am looking for a blue and black theme. I am wanting a windowed case (if possible a blue and black case). I was looking at the Bitfenix Neos windowed which is around $50 USD. I would like a nice graphics card, and a nice processor if possible. The highest I can spend is $650 USD, unless if you can find a windowed case cheaper. Thanks guys.

do you need OS and moniter mouse keyboard ect?

Yes, an OS would be nice. Preferably windows 7. Perifials are not needed
