iMac slow graphics

I've an iMac and a few months ago I installed an SSD and I changed the hard disk and noticed that animations (open the Launchpad or a folder in the Dock) are not at all smooth. I've installed windows 7 but the problems are still there and also valley benchmark run at 10-20 fps whit all settings to minimum at 640x360.

 

Can someone help me? Thanks

Well, the GPU is very outdated.

I know but I was hoping that at least it was not so slow in such simple things

I have a MacBook pro 2012 (The one before retina was released), and unless you added a dedicated GPU when you purchased it, its running off the Intel HD 4000 iGPU...

Just saw the sig.

The 6770 is really old... (4 Generations) So I wouldn't trust it to run that well even now.
