Wait if you are getting a locked motherboard might as well get a good locked processor like a i5 4460 and a better card like the 970 or r9 390.

gross, dont put an AMD card in it.

What's up with fanboys today?

So use better Graphics Card Asus Strix Gtx 960 or Gtx 970..All Parts Are better

The 960 isn't that faster, do I agree on the 970 or r9 390 with a i5 4460.

Yeah,right..there will something problem for noise.

The r9 380 and r9 390 aren't that noisy, it was the r9 290 and r9 290x with the reference cooler.

That board can overclock.

But yeah, a 4460 would be a better choice, with a 970 if he can afford it.

Although they seem to just be saying the card's bad because it's AMD, it is true that the 380 really isn't a good card.

Agreed about the r9 380, but since when can H97 board over clock? I thought they didn't unless I'm mistaken.

but there is possibility that i get r9 390 since at my country it is cheeper for about 100$

Try also looking for a r9 290x, r9 290 and the r9 280x. All would do better, with the fastest being the r9 290x and slowest r9 280x.

hmm was considering possibility to get i5 4460 but i cant find anything on youtube with i5 4460 and r9 390 benchmarks...

You don't need to, the i5 4460 is a good CPU, it won't bottleneck even a 980 at most times.

Agreed about the r9 380, but since when can H97 board over clock? I thought they didn't unless I'm mistaken.

ASRock, Asus, Gigabyte and MSI enabled overclocking on most of their H97, H87 and B85 chipsets. ASRock and Asus have the most boards that can overclock, and Gigabyte and MSI have a few.

It's still not as good as Z and X chipsets, as the power delivery isn't designed for overclocking. You can get some more performance out of them though.

This article is from a while ago, so it doesn't mention H97. http://techreport.com/news/25017/asrock-enables-cpu-overclocking-on-h87-b85-motherboards

And the one for Asus http://www.techpowerup.com/202196/asus-enables-overclocking-on-h97-h87-b85-and-h81-series-motherboards.html

but i can get i5 4590 cpu is that good and will i5 4460 or i5 4590 bottleneck r9 390?

Yes, it's good. It's not as powerful as the 4690K, but it will still do well for games. Neither of those CPUs will bottleneck the card. They could run two of them and still be fine.
