Full Setup

So i know a couple members have been waiting for me to update my 770 lightning review and i promise i will have those numbers very soon i had a slight change in location recently and have basically overhauled my setup, its going to change again but im gonna share what i have now and possibly how it was as well as my system so first off the general setup

 

 

this is what has been called the reapers den by many of my friends, it consists of a 27inch 1080p asus monitor and a 43inch plasma 1080p tv, some desk and chair from ikea and of course my rig

 

The tower consists of

 

I7 3770k @ 4.8ghz

MSI Z77A-G45 gaming edition

G.Skill trident x @ 2400mhz

MSI lightning 770 @ 1306mhz/3802mhz with a second one on the way

corsair hx1050 watt psu

60gb corsair force series gt boot

2 tb seagate barracuda mass storage

windows 8 pro

put in a tj11b-w

 

Pictures of the tower will be up very soon, mouse currently in use is the roccat Kone+ keyboard is a steelseries merc stealth until i get my G710+ back from my pops

 

The speakers you see is actually a 525 watt sony stereo with a port for pc in theres a sub stashed under the desk i think its an 8inch but i cant remember

 

Any questions comments or feedback are welcome. changes that will be made soon are the tv is getting wall mounted then im getting 1 or 2 more matching monitors

 

Edit: quick update to my oc, managed to get back to my old 4.8ghz also managed to get my hands on a z77 mpower so once i have the second card and all my watercooling stuff ill post a build log of the whole upgrade and may also do a livestream of me pushing for my top oc i know for a fact this chip can reach 5.2ghz stable as ive hit it before, reason for considering the livestream of this is that i actually get a surprising amount of messages asking for my oc settings and what to change so itll be a lesson at the same time

Thanks a couple members know its changed a lot lol i had sli 680's at one point, a different mobo at the cpu at 4.8ghz then i had a 690 and different ram lol now im gonna add more ram cause i only have 8gb right now then get a second 770 lightning, after that its a custom waterloop

haha yeah its terrible but i like have the screen real estate and laying back in bed watching netflix on it is nice

i really want to but money is really tight and the waterloop and gpu are presents that i dont wanna say no to lol.. its on the todo list though for sure
