GPU COMPARISON! Please help!

so recently I just watched a review of Asus GTX 970 Strix and kinda set my mind to compare it to Msi's GTX 970 Gaming edi.

Now I want to know what's worth the Buck and how does this two differ. and more powerful for gaming ?

They are the same chip.  Which means the only difference is the looks, and the cooler.

They pretty much only differ in cooler design. They will perform around the same so get whichever one has better looks or is cheaper. I would personally get the MSI one but that's just me I love their coolers.

The the R9 390 would also be a consideration

Msi gtx 970 passmark is better than asus strix gtx 970..so asus gtx 970 benchmarks,fps,fan cooler is better than msi..
