Best Modding Case

Hi y'all. I've built a couple of rigs that are custom but the cases that I've used haven't been very easy to build in. So which is the ultimate custom modding case which is a mid tower and doesn't cost mosre than 200 bucks...?

cm storm scout looks like it has alot of options especially liquid cooling also the nzxt phantom cases are pretty cool, depending on which one you get you can fit 2 200mm fans in the roof with a 240mm rad and fans without much clearance problems. it comes with some hardware to mount it of coarse.

pause at 17min its actually pretty cool to see push pull with bigger fans
