Hi guys I am having an issue and I don't know how or what to do anymore the computer when it is out of the case it boots and lets me navigate the BIOS no problem but whenever I place it inside the case it doesn't boot up the only difference between being outside and inside is that i just my exacto knife to start it any suggestion will be greatly appreciated 

 

the Specs for the are:

 

CPU: Intel Celeron G1820

MoBo: AsRock H87WS-DL

RAM: Kingston Technology 4GB 1600MHz PC3-12800 240-Pin Single Rank DIMM Memory for Select Dell Desktops (KTD-XPS730CS/4G)

PSU: Ultra LSP-500

Case: IN WIN PE-Series IW-PE689 Pedestal Server Case

Is your front panel stuff plugged in, including your power button?

Have you tried using the knife to boot it up inside the case? Does that work?

Its likely a short, are all your standoffs in the right place?

I tried to boot it from inside with the knife already and yes I re did the build and check EVERYTHING twice sir.

 

I've heard of this issue before but no one was able to find out what happen :(
