Artifacting, I need help.

My PC keeps artifacting after an hour of use. I have done CPU and GPU stress tests and they work fine and are not overheating. I run two monitors, one is a 24 inch 1920x1200 and 17 inch 1280x1024. The 24 inch is the one showing the problems.

 

This screen shot shows everything as normal using printscreen.

My PC specs; Processor: Intel i5 2500K @4.6GHz, Graphics card: Sapphire AMD R9 Nano 4GB DD Overclocked @1050MHz Core and 550 MHz Memory. The GPU is unstable, dial down the mhz.

I dont thinks so, i have done stress tests and only goes to 68 degrees

That monitor is broken, dude.

Edit: Oh, only after an hour? What the hell, then it probably isn't the monitor...

The monitor does get hot and I had problems with the monitor in the past due to the solder oxidising on the inverter, the other monitor i use works fine with it, i really dont know what it is, does the graphics card not like high resolutions or is it the monitor.

If it works fine with the other monitor, it is the monitor.

After doing some testing i have came to the conclusion that it is the monitor, it has to do with the frequencies fluctuated and not staying at a constant 60Hz, so the inverter has gone again. Sorry for the late update.
