looking for 2 HTML/CSS/PHP/JS developers for project

Hi guys I have come with an idea for a web site but if i do it just my self its going to take a long long time. So whoever knows about web design and want to joint me in my project please let me know,i need just 2 people and only people from Manchester UK. i know there are people over the place willing to help, but i need to meet the guys i´m going to work with because the project can go really far if we do a good job, if everything goes right i offer 20% each of the benefits.

That leaves not a whole bunch of people. I doubt someone in Manchester is on this forum that knows those computer languages. But good luck!
